Work in progress

Intermediate automatic warehouse between the corrugator and the sheet processing machines

Wip storage

  • System consisting of automatic shuttles and acetal belts
  • The cardboard sheets are picked up from the corrugator outlet and brought through the WIP to the transforming machines without turning the sheets
  • In WIP we create a series of roller conveyors of different widths in order to respect the production mix in the best possible way in order not to lose space on the belts

Wip storage with 90° rotation

  • System consisting of automatic shuttles and acetal belts
  • The cardboard sheets are picked up from the corrugator outlet, turned 90 ° in order to feed the WIP with the tip bales (2400 mm advance front as maximum stack combination)
  • In this case we will have in the WIP all the belts of the same width (2600) with a greater flexibility for the warehouse and a lower loss of space on the belts, moreover the distance between one stack and another on the belt can also be equal to 0.

Two-levels wip storage

  • System consisting of automatic shuttles and acetal belts
  • In this configuration we can realize the traditional warehouse or with 90 ° rotation or mixed according to the needs
  • Lifts and descenders will be used to bring the product from the ground floor to the first floor and vice versa

Vertical storage

  • Self-supporting system composed of cells (where the product stacks are positioned) and cranes that move on corridors between the same cells in order to deposit and take the product stacks
  • The dimensions of the cells and the size of the warehouse can be configured according to the customer's needs and the available space (made to measure)
  • It is possible to partition each cell to allow you to place more orders and make space more efficient
  • The system is the maximum expression of the storage of cardboard sheets, which allows a significant simplification of warehouse management
